A lot costlier and more aggravating.

 

Went to bank to get my halves and Brinks said no go. Increased order to 4 boxes now. Trying to cut back on CRH. Have to wait another whole week now.

 

2 boxes halves, 1 box cents.
Not bad, been out of the game for a couple weeks.

Hi all! I just began CRH last Feb. 2016. In my searches of cent boxes last year, I found this coin and thought it might be special. I know it's not the 1944 D/S, but it sure looks like the condition of this coin is in great shape. Let me know what you think.

It is a 1944 D, Toned, 3.0 grams

Update on my credit union wanting the charge to dump halves. VICTORY!! I complained and threatened to pull all my accounts. They have tagged my account for fee free coinstar usage!! Back in Business Baby!! so I travel next week so I'll have no updates this week or next. Do have one note I picked up four Loomis rolls at a Wells Fargo that I visit on occasion. They only allow you to buy four rolls at a time(uggh) but I found a coin that I had just dumped a week ago (it had very specific characteristics so I know it was the same coin) The two week break may mean I have to start digging again or it will allow new batches of coinage to filter back in. We'll see.

Consider yourself lucky they are doing a lot to keep us from ordering here First it was $500 then $1000. Now $2000. at a time

 

I get each one of my boxes from a different bank. I need to figure out how to get multiple from a few.

 

Bmann, several banks I've dealt with told me they must order halves in $1,000 increments. If I was you I would feel fine asking your banks to order you 2 boxes each week.

Hi! I'm new member to CRH and started searching months ago and I'm hooked. Had a lot of skunks recently but enough finds in between. I'll post some soon. Banks have been funny about ordering halves with me too but been doing 500 at several different banks at a time.

 

After 5 skunks over last 2-3 weeks last box had 3 90% and 1 40%.

 

2 boxes, just 3x 40%.
