    MS 66 5 FS....clean fields and lustrous...I think the hit between the first and second column could disqualify the full steps but am guessing this coin got the benefit of the designation

    Quite agree, and much nicer than the unc. that I had to buy as a kid to fill a hole in my coin album. I'd rather say that that coin of mine is dull and lacking luster also being poorly struck. Paul's coin is quite the contrary. I think his narrowly misses a full steps designation and the only thing holding it back from a '66 is the idle chatter on Jeff's jaw line. I'm amazed at how bold the mint mark remains. A very remarkable specimen indeed. :)

    MS66 FS. I am especially interested in the step designation, since I have a 50D with a ding in the same area. I am wondering if the designation is the same or different.
