Metal Detecting - 2 Silver Dimes - 3 Canada & Marble

    Hello everyone,
    Happy Labor Day!
    I did a 4 hour detecting trip at Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx NYC

    2 Silver Roosevelt Dimes

    Everything - Mostly environmental exposure damage. A few Wheats Cents not worth posting. And 3 Canada Cents on bottom right

    Did you ever do anything with that mystery copper from a recent hunt? I'm still burning to ID that one. You could almost see some lettering in your uncleaned pics of it. If one could only get a peek at a tiny bit more...

    If you do clean it a little and rephotograph it, tag me so I can have a look. Mystery coppers intrigue me. I found one that I'm pretty sure is French and Louis XV or XVI on a colonial site, once, but the coin was so corroded I could never definitively ID it. Your recent mystery copper looks to have some ID potential.
