    I think it more important to find out what the coin is worth with a high grade and FT before he considers sending it anywhere.

    It just might not be worth certifying.

    someone give me the best "Photoshop" to get. I try to type it in and come up with what I call "crap" .

    truthfully, there are a lot of things that you can do with free software.

    I most often use paint that comes with windows

    Quite correct, full torch requires full split bands(upper and lower), as well as, the integrity of the flame, the counterbalance ball grip, and the striations on the torch.
