Name that PMD

    I have no clue on how damage like this can occur. Thought it would be cool to hear everyone's thoughts for a giggle if anything. **** I am going with not all the coin strips were the same size???

    Or could it be an actual ligit error

    I love the thread title. :)

    I think the coin was used - as happens often enough to give us frequent headscratching moments like this - as a shim or spacer. Heaven knows I've done it. :)
