New Coin Enthusiast. Need help with my 1972 Ike Dollar

I'm a fresh newbie to coin collecting/trading and I'm not sure which type of 1972 ike this is. Regardless of what it is, i was wondering if this coin holds any value and the "grade" this coin would be based on what is seen in the photos? Thanks in advance.

your coin appears to be Type 3 to me.

However, it is pretty much just an average 1972 circulated Ike dollar and doesn't hold much of a premium.

The ones that garner premium are very pristine and have few, if any marks on the surfaces.
