Do you have to be a certain age to submit to the NGC? I'm afriad if I send in the form to get a submission number for an ANA member with my dad's credit card # it will be rejected? Any other YN's try this?

As long as you have permission to use the credit card, I don't see what the problem is. If you're really concerned, use your dad's name on the submission. As a side note, your dad adding you as an authorized user helps you to start building your credit history sooner, even if he never lets you use the cards. Tell him it would be a swell graduation gift to graduate college with a multiyear credit history, lack of which is usually the biggest hurdle for young graduates.
you don't need to send the Credit card info---call and make sure but I just filled out everything but that and when I send coins I just add a check along with the order and they take it just fine. Speedy
i doubt they would even notice,as long as it goes through.they don't care who pays as long as they get their fee!
