You have a dime. It's worth 10 cents. What's on it is glue, leftover from when it was glued to a penny.
On a positive note the second pic looks like a genuine 1993 in god me trust. Closer pic of in god me trust?
Sorry, but someone was messing with the coins after they left the mint. The first dime is probably glue or someone messing with a vise (but these are usually out of round). Somebody probably plated the second one. They are worth 20 cent.
Just click on the picture, it will enlarge and you can see the we, not me. As Rick said, It's a dime and it's worth ten cents. Damaged from glue.
2 new dimes like that are actually worth a little less than 3 cents. trade them for silver and they will then be worth 20 cents.
