My dad recently showed these coins and i was wondering how much they are worth. They are in pretty bad condition and I'm wondering if they are even real. i will provide a picture of both sides of the 1799 coin. 16395521_1243591525729922_1082701528_n.jpg 16402194_1243591632396578_1234627101_n.jpg

Trade Dollars are one of the most highly counterfeited coins in existence.

You'll need to do a magnet test, and see if it sticks to the magnet.
Also if you can, provide the weight as precise as you can.

I did a magnet test and it stuck to it, what does this mean?

no tests of any kind are necessary, that coin is a fake, the date gives it away
