How much are mercury dimes worth? I found one in a house that is over 200 years old (my friends house) and its dated 1943. Do you guys need a picture of it? The face is a little bit worn and it has a little brown mark across her neck and on the left side of that post thing on the back
My wife just got a 1944 Mercury dime in change on the boardwalk in NJ last weekend. She showed it to me and by my reaction you'd have thought we won the lottery. Then she asked me how much it was worth, thinking we were rich, and I had to tell her it was worth about $1. You have to explain that it's not the value of the coin that's important, it's the thrill of the chase!
