That looks to be a 1913 Type 2 in at least VF. It's details but that's a cool head design, with that it may get VF bid. Definitely interesting.
The earliest hobo nickels (meaning the ones actually carved during the Depression) are often crudely done. I am guessing that this might be one of those, rather than one created by our thread author?
This is a vintage carving! I was lucky to win the auction for it. It sold for a lower price because it was damaged after it was carved. Its one of my favorite hobo nickels.
