I've been told it's brockage error. And valuble. I emailed Mike byers still waiting for a response back. Now going on 3 weeks nothing at all so I figured I could get others opinions to while I'm waiting for his response.

    Not an Error coin
It's a Vise or Sandwich job.
2 or more Cents put into a vise and squeezed together. :yack:
The center Cent gets the incused and reverse image of the other Cents.
I voted none of your options

Notice on the reverse where the lettering is backwards, sure sign of a vice job.

Alternatively a cent was struck, flipped and bounced around, another was struck, flipped and bounced around, a third was struck and stayed between the hammer and anvil bouncing around, then the first and second coins got back between the hammer and anvil on each side of the third coin, producing this extremely rare variety. Billions of cents have been minted you never know. Maybe a mint employee risked their job to create it and get it out of the mint, was subsequently struck by a car before they could cash in on it, cent went flying, and made it's way to CT.
