It is strictly aimed at collectors of paper money (not coins). Naturally some of the same collector principles can be applied to coin collecting.

Does it have any information on grading paper money?

I discuss grading weekly in my "Collector's Corner" page. If you scroll down that page, you will notice a youtube video I made on the subject of grading. It is also on the "Notable Terms" page.

Recently, I created this Corner Spotlight page which looks at the various GRADE levels in more detail. I also really like pointing collectors to external resources (on PMG's site) & the excellent 2 part videos by 4Kollector recommended by @desiboyee this past Sunday. Videos are much more visual than words so I find they're quite helpful.
