I no longer use 2x2s- it's either slabs or flips for me.

Here's a lot I gave away that had one in it, however.

I don't typically store my collection in 2x2's anymore but here are some I took quick photo's of when they were purchased.

Besides all of my attributed Mint Error coins, I have hundreds in the raw. Many in 2x2's..

Tuesday was new carpet day so my office was off limits all day. Expect a trickle (or deluge) of coins from me. First up is the only coin my grandfather ever gave me. He refused to speak anything but German so he could have said, "Treasure this young man." OR He could have been saying "Chock on it! this is the only inheritance you will ever see!" James

This is my beloved 1880-O Morgan dollar. I can say without exaggeration that in 1973 I purchased this coin from Jake's Marketplace for $8.95 ; and put more time and thought into this selection than I did into which college I would attend, what house I would buy and what business i would start. Combined. James

My dad served in the Pacific in WWII. He gave me numerous coins. If I would ask him how he came about getting any particular coin (I also have quite a collection of paper bills). he would squint at it and say, "I think I bluffed a pair of dueces for that." James

I have tons of WWII era world coins in 2x2s from grandpa. He was the librarian at the Chicago Tribune and I suspect many of them came home with reporters who were assigned overseas during the war.
