ISLAMIC, Umayyad Caliphate. temp. 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, AH 65-86 / AD 685-705. Ӕ Fals 'Standing Caliph' type, Qurus (Cyrrhus), AH 74-80 = AD 693/4-699/700. Caliph standing facing, bearded, placing his right hand on the pommel of his sword and whip hanging from his right elbow; around, 'li 'abd Allah' abd al-Aalik amir al-Mu'minin' ('the servant of Allah, Abd al-Malik, Commander of the Faithful' in Kufic). Rev. Its actually a pretty nice one as these go. I would snap it up in a heartbeat for $20.

Personally I think $67 is getting near your fair value sir. Its nicer than they come, but still weakness in strike, no face, etc. and these are not exactly rare.

I don't think $67 was necessarily a lowball offer. Without the strike weakness and a little more facial detail $200 is not out of line, but that is due to conditional rarity and not absolute rarity. Others may have other opinions.
