Ok, just responding to your query of $20 or less. Personally I think $67 is getting near your fair value sir. Its nicer than they come, but still weakness in strike, no face, etc. and these are not exactly rare. I don't think $67 was necessarily a lowball offer. Without the strike weakness and a little more facial detail $200 is not out of line, but that is due to conditional rarity and not absolute rarity. Others may have other opinions.
