    That's not bad for under a dollar, 2000 year old coin hard to believe, also this coin is a definate for the Just a Snack thread.

    Trajan. AD 98-117. Æ As. Rome mint. Struck circa AD 103.
    Obv: Laureate bust right, slight drapery on far shoulder
    Rev: Emperor standing left, holding parazonium and scepter, being crowned with wreath by Victory standing left, holding palm. RIC II 549.

    Roma seated left on cuirass and shield, holding sceptre and crowning Victory.

    Rev.: S P Q R OPTIMO PRINCIPI, Aquila between two legionary standards.
