A Celtic coin, but what is it?

On this sunny morning I made a sunny picture of this bulky Celtic coin that I bought along with some other Celts from Gaul. On one side is the ubiquitous horse, but on the other side there are three things for want of a better word. Can you help me recognize something in it? Or how to hold it?
Or even better: help me identify it? Diameter is 22 mm, weight 9.90g. To aid your vision, I added two different directions for the reverse (or obverse, in any case, the other side).

I'm afraid she didn't recognize it, as it is outside of her specialisms. Back to zero I'm afraid.
