It's a small bronze coin from the Constantinian era; a city commemorative. They are abundant. Here's an example from Vcoins, one of over a hundred currently for sale there. TIF is right on. To be fair I thought I'd share 2 examples of mine. The first I paid $12.50 delivered The second was I beleive $40 delivered. Huge difference in condition.
