    It's a small bronze coin from the Constantinian era; a city commemorative. They are abundant.

    Here's an example from Vcoins, one of over a hundred currently for sale there. Your coin is nicer than this particular example but I chose it because it is from the same mint (in Cyzicus) as yours.

    To be fair I thought I'd share 2 examples of mine.
    The first I paid $12.50 delivered
