Ok this ones from a "newer" dealer, but I've bought small bits from him before with no problem..
From the pics I'd put her about xf45 though what looks like a scratch could detail her but even in "detail" grade I think i stole her. :D will know soon enough. Here are most of the sellers pics..

Maybe it’s just me, but that does not look like an authentic coin. Better pictures available? Different lighting?

My thought exactly. Is she an honest woman? :smug:

No offense, but it does look like plastic. Needs different lighting.

Even if turns out to be a real coin, it is no where near XF. It would be lucky to get an F-15.

Good luck Weasel. And yeah some better lighting on the coin might help.

Those obverse dentils -- I've never seen dentils disappearing like that on an authentic TD. :(

    about F15, wear-wise. Probably polished/cleaned. I'd wait for a better example.

for what I paid.. I'm quite happy :D
In hand grade wise.. I'd say she's on the line for 35-40 :D
my pics still a bit washed out against the white background but other then possibly a lil over dipped a very nice example :D

Too much wear for a 35-40. The Obverse worn much more than your thought and don't think that it would make 20, but if you like it, no problem. It's a hole-filler.

A decent coin, depending on the price it might be a good deal.
    My assessment:
Genuine, VF-30 details, apparently cleaned. It looks like it may have and a rubber band across the front, from upper left to lower right. The sulfur in the rubber will cause a black streak and even a little corrosion sometimes. in this case, there appears to be a little bit of corrosion in that area and subsequent cleaning has removed the black.

mwl, any chance you can take some better pix? Without seeing a clear shot of the IGWT motto and LIBERTY, it's impossible to assign any grade to it. IGWT is there, but faint and out of focus. LIBERTY on the other hand looks virtually non existent. Those would be two major factors to your 35-40 grade.

These are a bit better and yes liberty and in god we trust both full and clear. doesn't have "cleaning marks" however as i mentioned before it has been over dipped.. thinking a few weeks in a manilla envelope on the window sill might work wonders lol I think you're right about the "elastic" i was thinking it a "tape" mark but the elastic makes more sense from the looks of it. (and it is just discoloration in no way a scrape or scratch) for under 200 I'm pretty happy with it.
