   That can be a matter of personal preference. In many scenarios, I personally would rather have a straight-graded VG than a cleaned Fine, but it does depend on the degree of the cleaning.

   I think you did ok for the price. Yes there are problems but imo looks way better than one that's been dipped to death or Brillo'd. And 77P is a lower mintage issue.
