    I'd wager that's as artificial as American cheese.

    No. That does not look incidental or accidental, as if the previous owner worked in a potassium mine and kept this in his pocket and yet Mint State (Proof).

    Looks V like a proof to me and I’ve seen others that tone just like this one. To bad about those white spots but I think it was close to someone when they sneezed.

    Someone may have rinsed/soaked it with used acetone. Still pretty cool looking.
