2001 five dollars

I am not a collector. I received this as change. Does this look okay? The front picture is off center and the reverse is a little bare. I think I just have not seen one for awhile, but wanted to double check. Thank you very much for any thoughts.

It's an old big head. Before color. It looks OK to me.

An older, evenly circulated series 2001 $5 with a random serial number.

$5s were changed to the purple colored thing we all know and love in year 2006, so it's been quite a while since they were freely circulating. I only find one of these every once in a blue moon, but unfortunately they're worth exactly face value.
