fake vs real russian ruble coins....

    Hello Everyone. I recently saw this nice looking Russian Empire coin on ebay and was curious if anyone could advise if it real or a restrike? I am no expert on the subject matter and tried looking online, but couldn't find much. The coin seem nice, but I am not interested in investing in restrikes.

    rofl, Sometimes the answer is slapping you right in the face. I, too, have fallen victim to missing something uber-obvious until pointed out by someone else.
