Can somebody help me identify this dernier and point me in the right direction what this is?

I can't even say which way to turn the coin, nor which one is the obverse / reverse

Anonymous, in the name of Raymond. Ca. 1150-1200.
AR denier.
Obv.: Cross fuselée
Rev.: Albi monogram (includes a crozier)
Attrib.: Poey d'Avant 3898; Boudeau 774; Roberts 4253.

yes, horrible!
Those medieval coins that I got in a multiple lot are really driving me crazy. Those people really didn't carefully design their coins and the quality of most of the medieval coins I got is depressing
