I got these two today, one was a junk bin find, the other I got for $10. A 1937 indo-china 10 cents, and a 1982 Yugoslavia 250 dinar proof, made for Sarajevo winter olympics.
Bought these at the local monthly flea market yesterday for $7 total: I got the 56 CAD quarter for 25 cents, which is great, but the major find was the 1951 GB Penny for $0.78. This coin is my best cherrypick to date. It looks (US) XF-AU or (GB) XF and still has some red on it. I don't really collect GB pennies as a series, but for a type collection that's one of the ones to have for 20th century pennies.
Afghanistan 8 grams Proof coin. Apparently only 200 struck for special presentation by King Zahir Shah Seller's pictures
I got the Germany 10 Mark "assassination attempt on Hitler" silver proof coin, and although the coin is super neat, the most surprising discovery was of the plastic OGP. The coin's devices created a perfect mold with raised surfaces and a "reverse cameo" effect on the inside of the plastic!

It absolutely has proof like surfaces and a mirrored finish (definitely similar to other SA proof/semi-proofs). There are hairlines, yes, but it does not give the appearance of a heavily polished coin. I'm curious to hear what others might say (if this could be a rare proof silver strike?)
Update: This is what I've been told from the " British Coin Forums " . "normal Placement" variety Obverse 3 Reverse B, for what it worth ..... They did need another image of the full date ..
Tonight I picked up a 1790 8 Reales of Spain minted in Mexico City. I enjoy this issue specifically as it still retains the Carolus III bust for Carolus IV even though it is the second year issue for the new ruler. It might be as circulated as I go for 8 Reales but the honest patina/toning is spot on appearance wise for what I look for. I apologize for the not so great photos.
Today I got this very nice 1944 5 Sucres from Ecuador, minted in Mexico, for $25. There appears to be a die crack on the obverse, right above the "1" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Had to have this. I know there are thousands of normal Thaler's about but The contrast between proof and normal is very very striking. Poor pic sorry but it is a real nice coin
