Longtime subscriber. First to paper edition; now to digital. Tried to logon yesterday. Get message website is down for work. Tried today. Apparently, Amos Media, owner of Coin World, now wants you to sign-in to their website and go to Coin World from there. However, you have to establish a new password. They provide two verification methods: 1. Use your name and address or 2. Use your account number. Neither worked. They have a 800 help phone number listed on the website with Friday hours being morning only. Called and get voice message they are closed Fridays. Anyone else having problems? Have a solution? Cal
I don't understand why companies feel like they need to mess with things. On NGC, the price guide, cert lookup and VarietyPlus sections stopped working on Firefox over the past couple months. Sorry I can't help other than complain.
