    Unfortunately I have to agree - Your coin is replica.
    But the inscription means "4 zolotniks and 21 dolya pure silver (engravers mark)". The letters in the brackets should be (ЭБ).

    after looking at yours and mine again I think they cheaped out and used the reverse from a pirate or sailing type round as the planking, rope, map shows what appears to be oceans and not useful land mass map. None of it has much to do with prospecting in the old west!

    This is part of an 8 piece NRA set, the theme is guns used through different wars from WW1 to Desert storm.

    They were used in 7 assorted die variations in 3 or 4 issues till 1951 yours had about 60,000,000 minted not to add in the other mintage's

    I wonder what the survival rate is on tax tokens. I know they're generally common and I've put together quite a few states and denominations. I'm pretty happy getting this one for free.
