    Vibia Sabina denarius. Rome, 136-138 AD.
    SABINA AVGVSTA, draped bust right, diademed wearing a stephane, hair in
    Plait.
    VENERI GENTRICI, Venus standing right holding an apple. RIC 396, RSC 73, BMC 944; New RIC 2576, SEAR 3924

    Rev:- VESTA, Vesta seated left holding palladium and scepter
    Minted in Rome. A.D. ???
    Reference:- BMC III 902. RIC II 398. RSC 14.

    It looks like you may have had a copy and paste error, as your reverse is CONCORDIA. It is RIC II.3 Rome 2502 and minted c. 130- 133
