Doubling on "C" Reverse 2016 P Dime

    This is 2016 P Jefferson dime. I'm intrigued by the letter "C" in America on the reverse. I'd appreciate your thoughts.

    Keep one thing in mind - from 1999 on, all US mint dies are made using single-squeeze hubbing.
