    Hey,

For you US coin collectors out there, what is your most valuable/ most prized coin in your collection! Please don't take photos that aren't yours and try to pass them off. Interested in seeing what other collectors love!

Everyone has seen my favorite dozens of times. It's special to me because it was the first time I got an error coin directly from the Mint.

By the way @CoinBreaux , welcome to the neighborhood! I'm posting this medal in your honor.

I'm willing most people aren't going to post their most valuable coin for security concerns. Here are some of my favorites from my collection.

My father actually had a coin similar to the latter coin you showed. It's somewhere in his home.

The medal comes from my collection of ANA National Convention 3-medal sets. These sets composed of a 38mm silver, 38mm bronze and a 19mm bronze were produced for the years 1969-1982 only.

Maybe your father has the 1981 medal.
