    IMHO it could be a minor Lamination.
    But the price they are asking for is too high.

    Yes . . . Bargains, fairly priced, and too much money.

    BTW, laminations are quite common on buffalo nickels, but I don't consider this coin overpriced. The date is rather expensive in its own right.
