This is a 2023 Roosevelt dime. Can any one give me advise as to what's going on with the OF on the reverse please?
Flat and shelf-like, mechanical/machine doubling. This happens when the coin shifts in the collar when struck. I do not see any erosion of the letters, just the shift, so not die deterioration.
