    That's a Misaligned Die Strike on the Obverse.
    The reverse looks perfectly centered.
    Not an off center strike.

    That is why we needed to see the reverse. A misaligned die. If both sides had been off, it would have been a minor off-center.

    It’s a MAD strike, fairly common. An off center strike will be on both the obverse and reverse of the coin.
