I wanted a seated liberty quarter for my seated liberty type set, and for the longest time I was looking for a fairly decent but still somewhat budget example of the 1853 arrows and rays. Had seen a few, but none that I thought I could live with at the price ranges I was trying to keep to, but then this one came up and it ticked all the boxes:

A little crusty, but with nice honest wear, and still plenty of nice details left to allow someone to really appreciate the design of this quarter. Couldn't be happier.

I was starting to think I'd never find one that would do it for me, so I had started to look at other varieties of the seated quarter, but this one came just in time before I decided to go down another route.

Like always, feel free to show any relevant coins you want. Any and all seated liberty quarter are welcomed.

I do love me some arrows and rays. I always liked this one because it toned to a unique copperish looking color.
