This is a cast copy made of aluminum. Would that make it exonumia?

This token is from the collection of the late C.R. Clark who wrote the catalog for Florida tokens. It's an R6 of 6.

Beverly's was a breakfast restaurant on St. Pete Beach. It was founded by Beverly Pedaggi in 1989, so claims the interwebbie. Note: USPS went to two letter abbreviations for states in 1963. She was open 364 days a year.

    Aluminum, 26mm, 1.74grams, M/A, Good for 5c soda

I sure would like to know what TBCCC is. Supposedly there is a Facebook group called: The Buck Club Collectors Classified. I don't know if there a connection there or not. The token looks 90's to me. Faxes were popular and websites were "huh?" If anyone knows anything about TBCCC or this token please post it.

Probably stating the obvious but the reverse says "The Baseball Card Commodity Corp" which is TBCCC. Looking at the address on Google maps, it looks like it was probably a local baseball card club?

Seems like hobo nickels would be a good compliment to rail road exonumia since hobos hopped trains so much. At least according to Hollywood they did.

    Stolen From lll MAF 5c Brass, C/A, 4.82 grams, 21mm, VN2430a

Located in Camp Horn Danang, lll Marine Amphibious Force was the 9th Marine Expeditionary Brigade that came ashore on Red Beach in March 1965.

I remember seeing a full front page photo of it on Newsday as a kid.

9th Marine changed their name, first to lll Marine Expeditionary Brigade and then lll Marine Amphibious Force or lll MAF.

3rd Division of lll MAF was given the job of implementing Mcnamaras Line or what was to be a line of electronic sensors south of the DMZ and along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

One such sensor was the ADSID or Air Delivered Seismic Intrusion Detector. The device buried itself and then detected vibrations made by troop and vehicle movement. Data from sensors were relayed to the Infiltration Surveillance Center in Thailand for evaluation. The system was scrapped in 1968.
