Have you ever tried Google image search?
It's an excellent tool. I did it on my cellphone just using the image of the Obverse.

Here are the results..

 

It looks like a Kwantung 2 Jiao, Republic of China Year 18 = 1929.

 

Coinoscope app surprisingly pulled it up too. Usually that app is bad with world coins.
