I don't see anything.

 

I'm with Paddy. I have my glasses on and don't see any doubling. Please be specific as to where.

 

I am also wearing my glasses, and I see nada

 

The t in trust suggests 003, But, focused pics are needed. Too blurry to tell much of anything.

 

Cant see much even with my loop. I do see something with the word trust but cant see much else

The IN looks good. The other letters are smeared and not flat on top.

Looks like a combination of actual doubling with some machine doubling. Nice find.
