4 0's are nice, but I think most people don't get especially excited until 5, unless its a "fancy" serial number or something. I saved one with 3 0's, but it was a star note, and also only $1, so why not. Decent condition though and maybe in a few years it will be a bigger deal than it is now. May as well save it; can always spend it later.
