$100 bill star error?

    Any opinion on this. It looks like the same collor ink but not sure. Star on reverse side bottom right corner. It is also offset some top and bottom on the reverse. I appreciate any reply. Thanks in advance. 20170117_194059.jpg 20170117_194404.jpg 20170117_194418.jpg

    that's for sure a private chop, aka someone marked it with a rubber stamp to track it somehow.
    You see this often with Kennedy halves, people will write on it a number of a symbol to easily ID the coins they've already checked next time they get a bank box.

    Not an error. Could be teller marks or foreign exchange marks. Not from the BEP.

    I does have an over inking error in the top left which bled through to the back, have no idea about a premium even if it were uncirulated. I'm guessing the crease and handling marks would eat up any sort of premium.

    That hard fold in the middle makes for some major condition issues !

    It's folded, stained, faded and it has several Teller Marks from Banks. Also, it's not a "STAR Note". It's all post Printing Damage. Spend that bill.
