No worries- I've found that with coins I'm not familiar with, using Google Lens can help identify them if I have a clear image. Sometimes it's unreliable, but in this case it got it spot on.
NGC World shows a XF40 for $15.00USD. No need to apologize for posting, you’ve got a good mix going and it has been very entertaining.
The date appears to be 1791, though at first glance it looks like 1797. There's something going on in that area, too, under the last two digits. Looks like a probable overdate variety. Not uncommon on coins of this era.
