Strike error?

    Just PMD - damage after the coin was struck - possibly reeding hit from another Quarter as it was being dumped in mint bags for distribution!

    It looks like a US Mint packaging error for a US Mint Set. No premium though.

    This occurs when the coin is not properly positioned at the time that the cello is sealed.
