This Prussian 1531 Groschen just showed up the other day, filling the last hole in a run from 1499 to present.

CoinCorgi Tell your dog I said hi!

    Congrats.

Can you put together a post that lists (with pictures of course :) ) the entire collection? 68 coins I think.

Oof, 67 coins would be much more appropriate...

Here's my PCGS showcase gallery. This coin and a 1553 Taler aren't in it yet. They're off to PCGS next month. I also have coins from 1481 and 1483 in the set and two different from 1777, so that'll be 71. When I get a 1487, 1489, and 1493 (the 1480s and 90s have a cruel concentration of prime numbers not seen again until the 1860s and 70s) and remove one of the 1777s, that'll be 73.

Congrats! That is a truly impressive and creative set. I love it, and I know you've been working on it for quite a while.

Just found this thread. Very impressive for sure. On the later years,
will you replace some of the U.S. pieces with foreign ones? I am
partial to the 3 Early Dated (pre 1501A.D.) pieces!!

Keeping the US pieces, since that was the original aim of the set. I still need to contact Bob Levinson to see if he has 1487, 89, or 93 coins that would work. Of course, I also have to pay quarterly taxes this week, so perhaps more coins will have to wait.
