    Fascinating.

    Can you or anyones tell me what area of collecting they were in?

    Ancient Greece? Rome? Britain coins? American coins? What was their collecting area?

    I've sold coins to a few famous people over the years, but not recently. In the past, Ted Turner (CNN), Bill Nye (the Science Guy), Tina Turner (singer). There are others, but my memory is worse the older I get.

    I have not seen any of these folks at coin shows or club meetings.

    I have the catalog for Buddy Ebsen's auction, which was gold (ancient and modern). Can't find it right now though.
