Found this recently coin roll hunting, still rather new to error coins but have done tons of research. From what i've learned i think this may be a partial brockage. There is definite lettering (or something) on the obverse and reverse. Lincolns Face has just been outlined with no detail and with what almost looks like a Monticello pillar through Lincolns head. What appears to be lettering of sort appears before In god we trust and only In god is present. The rica of America hangs too low of the coins rim i think and looks like doubling- still new so i don't actually know- above it. Any help with this is greatly appreciated i have included the best photos i think i could take. If anyone needs a better angle or closeup let me know i can try to take more photos. @Chen it's best to take the photos from directly overhead. Photos taken at an angle tend to distort the image.

FWIW, it looks like post-mint damage (PMD) to me.
