Hi all. Is this a strike-through grease on the reverse or is this some kind of PMD? Thanks.

Correct. Reverse Die had compacted grease that hardend and didn't allow it to strike the planchet properly.

The ghosting says to me that the dies were in a late stage, there could be a few reasons as to why it looks the way it does.
