Yesterday, I mentioned that I have an auction catalog in pristine condition of the Lawrence R. Stack Collection of Ancient Greek Coins (2008) that I would like to give away to some deserving Ancients collector. Well, I couldn't come up with an idea for a contest since I know so little about ancient coins. So, I've decided to just draw a name at random from the entries to determine the winner. RULES 1. Anyone wanting to enter needs only to reply to this thread, "I'm in!" 2. The entry period will run until midnight, January 24, 2017. 3. Please, if you already have this catalog, do not enter. I want to ensure that someone who does not have a copy will win this catalog. Chris
Due to the lack of participation, I've decided to change the closing date to midnight on January 15. That's good for those who entered because the odds are better! Chris
There is a little more than 12 hours until the close, so if you want to participate, you'd better hurry! Chris
And, the winner is............................ @Bing .....Congratulations!!! Please send me your address via "Conversation" and I will send the auction catalog this week. Thanks to all who played. Chris
I always suspected @Bing was in Putin's pocket, this proves it. What does he have on you, Bing? A tape of you collecting slabbed U.S. bullion coins?
No, you have me all wrong. I just have a foundation that sells influence to the halls of power. That's all.
