If you were on your death bed and could take one coin with you, which would it be? For Weimar White, a well-known chemist and numismatist, that coin was a gold piece from the Carson City mint. What is it in your case?
I think it would be this one because I just think it is a beautiful coin and tells a piece of history.
I have more expensive coins than this one, three times more expensive but I choose this one as it brings back my childhood and it's gold!
My favorite in my huge collection is the only gold coin I own. It was a coin I won 10 years ago in a CoinTalk competition. I had it graded by NGC

Tough choice but maybe this one. If there's a heaven, I could share it with grandpa again and say thanks. Not the most valuable, but I've always thought how the George VI maple leaf coins came about was a fun story, and I used this one to prove that specimen dies were also reused for circulation coins. Grandpa would appreciate how much enjoyment I got from his coins.
I don't know which ones I would take but I do know I would need two, one on each eye to pay Charon the toll for the ferry to cross the river Styx.
I'm thinking of coins in my collection that always get a couple extra seconds when I run through them. This is easily one of my top favorite coins. I love the look of it. Cologne-City Issue , 1630, 8 heller, NGC AU 58
