    Anyone think the 74-D Aluminum Cent would have held the honor if the auction was allowed to proceed? I kind of do

    No I don't think it would.

    Don't think so either. Would bring big money for sure though. US Pattern coins are so interesting, rare and historical. Among my favorites, although way beyond my reach.
