Loose Change Craziness - I took it all!

    Hello everyone,
    This morning I was sweeping the sidewalk at work and noticed a cent so as usual I picked it up. Then I saw two more Cents near the Oscar Wilde statue that is in front of the restaurant. So I picked both of those up. When I look up I noticed something weird but cool..

    Someone had dumped all of their loose change into Oscar's hat.
